Position Title: Day Treatment Support Staff Paraprofessional ($2,000 Sign On Bonus) Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $16.92- $21.92 an hour for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. Schedule: Full-time, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM M-F Location: Minnetonka or Hopkins (We hiring for 1 staff at Hopkins, 1 staff at Minnetonka) Program Summary: St. David's Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to provide support for the challenges associated with autism. Position Overview: Provide treatment room support by working with individual children and/or in small groups to implement treatment goals for each child. Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to carry out therapeutic interventions and support generalization of skill development. Support treatment room functioning by assisting with the daily set-up of the room and materials necessary to support activities and interventions. Provide support for functional activities such as toileting, snack/lunch time, outside, and gym time. Assist with schedules and clerical treatment room activities in support of the Mental Health Practitioners.
