Job Details: Dates of Coverage: June 15th through TBD Practice Setting: PACE Clinic Rate Type Options: Hourly Tier 1: Hourly: 95 and below Tier 2: Hourly: 96-100 Schedule: Day shift 8:00am–5:00pm Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Board Requirements: ANCC AANP Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes Certification Requirements: BLS CDS Certification and DEA Registration required Will APP Be Working Autonomously?: Yes Supervising Physician Present During Assignment?: Yes Medical Director present Training or Experience Required: Experienced only no new grads Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 45 days Will Reimburse for the Following billed at the IRS standard rate.
