General Maintenance Worker

Job description Seashore Senior Living has an immediate opening for a General Facilities Maintenance technician.
Needs to have the ability to do the following:

Proficiency in light construction (light mechanical, electrical, landscape, etc)

General "handyman" skills
-
Basic troubleshooting ability
-
Getting estimates and supervising 3rd party vendors in maintenance and repairs
-
Developing and adhering to maintenance schedules
-
General understanding of facilities management

This is a part-time position, needed approximately 3 days per week, but on call in case of emergencies.
