Tomahawk FRP20/21 Production Program Manager Location: Tucson, AZ – 9022 S Rita Rd, BLDG 9022 Date Posted: 2026-05-21 Security Clearance: Secret – Current (U.S. citizenship required for clearance) Will You Will Do: Supporting and driving AOP objectives and action plans Maintaining a clear program execution methodology that provides clarity and visibility into execution status Maintaining a positive team dynamic and the development of team leaders within the production leadership team Partnering with other Production/Recert program managers to leverage shared factory resources Implementing effective execution recovery plans for warranty management Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with customer counterparts Support proposal activities for follow‑on work Implementing and managing External EV requirements Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility. Relocation Offered Based On Eligibility What You Will Learn: Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience Prior experience in influencing profit and loss of DoD contracts Prior leadership/management experience Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, etc.) Prior experience in managing, tracking, and reporting metrics and progress through EAC reviews and periodic management reviews with internal and customer leadership Prior experience that includes the execution of production or similar effort Qualifications We Prefer: PM Level 5 Certified Strong understanding of Earned Value Management Prior experience in the production and acceleration of munitions Execution experience leading a team of mid-level leaders Strong proficiency in partnering with matrixed organizations Proven track record of customer relationship building What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
