Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

AFRA Dental Group is a growing, modern dental practice in Corona seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Office Administrator to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who is confident discussing treatment plans and finances, experienced with dental insurance, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Spanish fluency is required. Responsibilities: Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently Review insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans Follow up on unscheduled treatment Schedule patients efficiently to meet production goals Verify insurance eligibility and breakdown benefits Manage patient check-in/check-out Answer phones and handle patient inquiries professionally Maintain accurate records in practice management software Support overall front office operations Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of treatment coordinating experience and knowledge of CDT codes Strong knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal dental insurances and billing Excellent communication and case acceptance skills Spanish fluency (spoken and written) - REQUIRED Professional appearance and positive attitude Detail-oriented and organized Experience with Open Dental software preferred What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay: $25-$30 (based on experience and evaluation) Supportive and positive work environment Growth opportunities within a growing practice Stable, full-time position If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with a modern dental practice, we would love to meet you.
