Job Description: Residential Fence Sales/Manager

A to Z Quality Fencing in MN is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Fence Sales/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and project management, with a focus on residential fencing projects.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential fencing market
Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
Develop and present proposals to potential clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project completion
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications:

Prior experience in residential sales and project management
Knowledge of the fencing industry and products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
