This includes a track record of meeting or surpassing engagement quotas, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes through exceptional training.* **Influences Retail Associates:** Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, specifically within the optical care and sales retail sector. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and the ability to present compelling arguments that resonate with retailers’ needs and priorities.* **Situational Adaptability:** Highly adaptable with the ability to demonstrate situational adaptability and adjust advocacy and training strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. This involves being flexible and responsive to change, as well as having the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, processes, and technologies.* **Problem Solver:** Is a natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, possesses the ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges. Navigates through workload pressure with ease.* **Product Knowledge (AR/VR/Wearables):** The ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Meta's AR/VR and wearable devices and effectively communicate it to retail sales associates. This includes the ability to grasp technical information quickly, comprehend product features and benefits, and express them clearly and concisely.**Additional Requirements:*** **Transportation:** Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for overnight assignments in extended markets – a Valid Driver's License is required.
