Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs .
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans .
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices to improve patient function.
• Educate patients and families on proper rehabilitation techniques and home exercises .
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly .
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations .
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field .
• Licensure: Active state license in the field of therapy.
• Certifications:
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Additional rehabilitation therapy certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of rehabilitation therapy experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong assessment and therapeutic intervention skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment .
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities .
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to relocate temporarily for travel assignments.
