You will zealously advocate for parents facing allegations of abuse or neglect, and represent the child’s best interests in juvenile proceedings. Responsibilities include representing clients in JDR District Courts for emergency removal hearings, handling appeals in the Circuit Court, and thorough document review of Department of Social Services records.
