Responsibilities Verify accuracy of all information provided on application Assist in preparing credit applications Assist with the preparation of CIP and KYC forms. Effectively communicate the Terms and Conditions of the loan to the customer in a timely fashion. Maintain the highest quality standards with minimum supervision. Assist AVP Business Development Officer in follow up of prospective clients. Prepare and verify customer’s loan application via the phone Collect documents from customer required to support decision of loan approval in addition to third parties documents such as condo questionnaire, litigation documents and insurance. Ensure loans are ready to be processed as per established company procedures and policies. Ensure proper communication with internal departments and parties involved in the lending process. Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls when applicable Understand the need to elevate customer calls when appropriate Ensure loan file requirements are met with lending criteria and standards Handle all correspondence and confidential information with customers Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines Assist in special projects as assigned Qualifications College degree is preferred Minimum of four years of related financial services experience and customer service. Must be bilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages. Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office.
