ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Field Land Surveyor/Party Chief for our operations in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects! What are the primary responsibilities? Construction stakeout Construction asbuilts (wall checks/ Location Surveys) Topographic surveys Residential Infrastructure stakeout (water, sewer, storm C&G) Site asbuilts Basic computations/cutsheets Boundary Surveys ALTA Surveys This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! Qualifications Does this describe you? Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing survey technology Comfortable working alone in isolated and remote areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can excel in a physical and technically demanding position Basic understanding of engineering drawings Basic understanding of Survey specific codes and Regulations Do you have these qualifications? 5+ years of related experience AutoCAD experience a plus High School Education or Equivalent Additional Survey specific classes a plus Clean driving record The salary for this position is $23.76-$35.28 per hour.
