Maintenance Technician II - Second Shift

Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort is hiring a full‑time Maintenance TechII. Pay is $18/hour plus benefits. Applicants must be available to work the 2nd/Second shift (typically 4pm–12:30am, including weekends and holidays). Responsibilities Apply intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related repairs. Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings. Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures, including switches and sockets, and troubleshoot potential hazards. Complete preventive maintenance programs on all HVAC systems. Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings, adding texture, and painting. Inspect building systems, clean, and report deficiencies to the supervisor. Adhere to the company’s safety programs. Qualifications Professional appearance and a can‑do, team‑focused attitude.
