Description The Windsor Court seeks a professional and courteous Spa Greeter/Front Desk to join our team. The Spa Greeter/Front Desk will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting guests, and responding to inquiries regarding appointments and reservation information. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency Operate booker system to schedule appointments and manage guest information Assist with other duties as assigned by management Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is required Ability to work in a high-volume environment and a flexible schedule Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong cash-handling skills Ability to operate the booker system Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Avion Hospitality, LLC
