Warehouse AssociateSeeking an experienced warehouse associate in Carlsbad, NM!Known for its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and environmental stewardship, the company focuses on delivering reliable products, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and supporting the communities where it operates.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Warehouse Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 24.69 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.Retrieve and distribute warehouse supplies as requested.Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety procedures.Inspect shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required.Warehouse Associate Qualifications:Previous warehouse experience required.Experience receiving, stocking, and inventorying materials.Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Forklift experience required.Ability to accurately track and maintain inventory.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic math and recordkeeping skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Must have a valid Driver's License for 3 or more years, be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
