Overview Our client, a leading manufacturer with headquarters in central NC, has an opening for an HR Manager to oversee all payroll operations, benefits administration and HRIS management for a midsized multi-state corporation with operations central NC. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll processing, management of benefits programs and open enrollment, maintaining the HRIS platform and partnering with Finance to ensure vendor billing accuracy, cost center integrity and journal-ready reconciliation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with direct responsibility for payroll, benefits and HRIS. Experience with CentrallyHR platform experience a plus. Demonstrated expertise in payroll compliance, benefits regulations and vendor billing reconciliation. Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and audit capabilities required. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
