Semiconductor ATE Test Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) – 3 days in office Are you passionate about semiconductor testing and bringing innovative products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high‑volume manufacturing? Join our team and play a key role in developing cutting‑edge ATE solutions for high‑speed RF and mixed‑signal devices. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop ATE solutions for RF and mixed‑signal semiconductor devices. Develop and correlate ATE test hardware and software with product specifications and test plans. Design, debug, validate, and release production‑ready ATE test programs on the Advantest V93000 (93K) Smart OS platform. Support wafer‑level testing, production, yield analysis, failure analysis, and continuous yield improvement. Partner closely with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams throughout the NPI lifecycle to production release. Support engineering builds, pilot runs, and production ramp‑up activities. Develop and improve production test methods and procedures while ensuring compliance with TL/ISO manufacturing standards. Track production yields, project milestones, issue resolution, and engineering deliverables. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant semiconductor test engineering experience. Hands‑on experience testing high‑speed analog, RF, and mixed‑signal devices. Mandatory experience with Advantest V93000 (93K) Smart OS. Experience with test documentation, Statement of Work (SOW) preparation, and test data analysis tools. Knowledge of wafer‑level testing and production yield optimization.
