Benefits Administrator (Contract)

LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire Benefits Administrators to support a high-impact patient services team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative or call center experience who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

MondayFriday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Contract: July March

What You'll Do

• Connect with patients via phone to renew and update benefits eligibility
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the Positive Impact system
• Ensure all information is complete, compliant, and up to date
• Provide a professional, empathetic experience in every patient interaction
• Collaborate with internal administrative and care teams

What We're Looking For

• Administrative, call center, or data entry experience (healthcare a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data entry
• Comfortable speaking with patients and handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and manage daily call volume
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
