Dental Assistant
Provident Behavioral Health
Join our team as a Dental Assistant, supporting dental procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking radiographs, and providing patient care instructions.
Key responsibilities
- recording patient histories
- maintaining accurate records
- ensuring a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- Valid x-ray certification
- minimum 1 year of dental assistant experience (2 years preferred)
- experience with impressions and assisting during various procedures such as fillings and crown/prep
- familiarity with dental software like Open Dental is preferred
Skills
- strong attention to detail
- multitasking ability
- setup/breakdown of operatories
- CPR certification is preferred
