Paramount Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a patient in Clearwater, Florida .

Position Details

????️‍⚕️ Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
???? Setting: One-on-One Private Duty Home Care

Patient Needs

• Tracheostomy (Trach) care
• Ventilator management
• Routine skilled nursing care
• Medication administration and patient monitoring
• Documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Available Schedule

24 hours per day / 7 days per week (Split into two 12-hour shifts)

Day Shift

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM OR
• 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

We have full-time, part-time, weekday, weekend, and PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred
• New graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply (training may be available for qualified candidates)
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Reliable transportation and professionalism
