Employment Opportunity: Hospitalist Candidate:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Standard term: 3 years
- Guaranteed salary 277,000
- Eligible for individual wRVU-based productivity bonus

- License and DEA
- $4,000 annual CME allowance - meeting registration/travel, dues subscriptions, etc.
- Paid malpractice, including employer-paid "tail"

- Program was started 2006. No Call!
- Flexible scheduling, only work 14 shifts per month
- "Early Out" program
- Closed ICU, procedures optional
