Nurse Practitioner - Internal Medicine

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGPCNP) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, self‑motivated clinician who thrives in a team‑based care model and is dedicated to building meaningful, long‑term relationships with adult patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients Manage acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and more Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and manage complex medication regimens Collaborate closely with supervising/collaborating physicians and care team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and wellness Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice meetings There is opportunity for training in laser and injection therapies if candidate is interested in addition to hormonal health.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult‑Gerontology Primary Care NP (AGPCNP) Active state RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Current DEA registration or eligibility Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills EHR proficiency preferred New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculty
