Laboratory Analyst About the role We are seeking Laboratory Analysts to support testing within our food testing laboratory. ALS Food Safety provides an extensive range of testing services for a variety of industries and products. This role is responsible for performing microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will follow all quality and safety guidelines while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. We work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met now and in the future. Due to exciting growth, ALS is currently recruiting Laboratory Analysts in our Marshfield, WI Food Lab. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available. Responsibilities Perform microbiological and chemical testing on food products. Follow all quality and safety guidelines. Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast‑paced laboratory environment. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet testing needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Life Science degree is a plus. Good communication and collaboration skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking. Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving capabilities. Previous experience in a laboratory setting or food industry is a plus. Working Conditions 4‑day/10‑hour work schedule for full‑time positions and flexible options for part‑time positions. Fast‑paced laboratory environment. Ability to stand for a good portion of the workday while performing duties. Benefits Structured wage increases.
