Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview We are seeking a Fire Alarm Sales / Business Development Representative to help launch and grow our fire alarm division. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you'll work directly with customers, quote projects, and build a new revenue stream within an established company. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, ownership, and the ability to build something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow fire alarm sales within the local market
- Meet with commercial clients to assess system needs, upgrades, and replacements
- Quote fire alarm system change-outs and retrofit projects
- Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and business owners
- Convert inbound demand into booked revenue
- Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on fire alarm systems
- Support project scope and coordination with installation teams
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Base salary: $70,000-$75,000
- Uncapped commission (OTE $100K+)

- 5+ years of fire alarm industry experience
- Experience in fire alarm sales, estimating, or business development
- Ability to quote system replacements and upgrades
- Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems
- Comfortable working in a field-based, customer-facing role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- NICET certification
- Experience with security/low-voltage systems
- Existing relationships in the local market
- Experience supporting installation or project coordination
Salary Description
$70-75k/yr base plus commission
