Full-Time Hotel Night Auditor

Looking for a stable, full-time position with a great team? We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join a hotel in Tuscumbia, AL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.

Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay: $12.00 per hour - wage increase at 90 days based on attendance and performance. Yearly review+ wage increase/1 week paid vacation for Full-time employees at 1 year.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours.
Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Balance daily financial transactions and complete end-of-day audit reports.
Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
Respond to phone calls and guest requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records and complete required reports.
Monitor the property throughout the shift to ensure guest safety and security.
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
Work closely with hotel management to ensure a positive guest experience.

Skills and Experience:

Previous customer service, front desk, cashier, or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Must be comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
