Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise, implement, coordinate and analyze effective repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Supervise one of three crucial Plant Operation functions: Plant Electrical, Plant Mechanical, or Plant Refrigeration & HVAC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position
Considerable knowledge of maintenance procedures
Working technical knowledge of functional area

Desired Qualifications:

Technical school graduate or completion of approved apprenticeship program
Proven leadership skills
