Maintenance Supervisor
Supervise, implement, coordinate and analyze effective repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Supervise one of three crucial Plant Operation functions: Plant Electrical, Plant Mechanical, or Plant Refrigeration & HVAC.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position
- Considerable knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Working technical knowledge of functional area
Desired Qualifications:
- Technical school graduate or completion of approved apprenticeship program
- Proven leadership skills
