Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager - Manufacturing Sites

We foster an inclusive culture and are seeking diverse, talented individuals to join our team. As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.
What You'll Do
A typical day in this role includes:
•Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision making.
•Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
•Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.
•Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.
•Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.
•Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.
•Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
•Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.
•Participating in special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS +13 yrs; Associate +9 yrs; MS +2 yrs; PhD +0 yrs).
•Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in English.
•5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.
•CPA preferred.
•Strong proficiency with financial systems and ability to retrieve cost information at a granular level.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, Alteryx, and internal systems.
•Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.
•Problem solving mindset with a passion for simplification.
•Demonstrated success working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
•Ability to perform in a demanding, resource constrained environment.
•Proven track record of achieving results.
