Location/Schedule

This position is based within the Oklahoma market and includes up to 20% travel throughout the assigned region to provide in-market HR support and partnership to local leaders.

What You’ll do in this Role

• Partner with Retail Operations to support employee engagement, morale, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations by gathering information, supporting investigations, and ensuring timely resolution in partnership with senior HR leaders.
• Apply and interpret HR policies and processes while ensuring compliance with company standards and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with leaders to support HR practices and solutions that align with business needs. Provide guidance to Store Leaders on benefits administration, FMLA, LOA, and ADA compliance.
• Contribute to change management efforts that help drive business results and organizational effectiveness.
• Support leadership development initiatives and assist with coordinating training opportunities.
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and prepare insights that support management decision-making.

You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have:

• 1+ years progressive Human Resources, Business Partner, and Employee relations experience
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communication preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications, preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
