Staff ServiceNow AI Engineer - CVS Health
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Architect and implement AI-powered features within ServiceNow, focusing on Now Assist and Movewo modules. Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI services, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing ServiceNow workflows and APIs. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions that meet enterprise performance and compliance standards. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in AI model management and platform engineering. Requirements Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. Proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale. Strong knowledge of Now Assist, Movewo, and related ServiceNow AI modules. Solid understanding of platform engineering principles, including CI/CD, observability, and security.
