This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and being hands-on in the field capturing real project moments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.Create engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, photos, videos, reels, and graphics.Capture onsite project photos/videos and attend company events for content creation.Engage with online communities, followers, and industry partners to strengthen brand awareness.Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.Collaborate with operations, support, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and marketing best practices.Track social media performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.Position DetailsPay: $30–$45 per hourSchedule: 10–15 hours per weekClassification: 1099 Contract PositionLocation: Must be localWork Environment: Primarily remote with occasional onsite visits for project photography, events, and content captureQualifications & SkillsExperience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.Basic experience with photo and video editing software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.Experience in construction, luxury services, AV, interior design, or home technology industries is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spire Integrated Systems
