New Wilmington, PA, Casual Status, On an As-Needed Basis; primarily dayshift, Monday through Friday, with some occasional weekend hours


Starting Pay: $15.91 per hour

The Transport Driver is responsible for providing transportation for our residents on an as-needed basis for appointments, outings, and special events. The driver will provide safe transportation for residents, staff, and others. Operates Community or leased/rented motor vehicle(s) to complete a variety of pick-up, delivery, and other assignments to meet business and resident needs.

Requirements for the Transport Driver:

• Have a high school education
• CPR/First Aid/ AED
• One year of passenger van and shuttle bus driving experience preferred
• Experience with transporting elderly residents and people with disabilities preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Possess a current, valid PA Driver's License

• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members using excellent customer service skills.
• Be familiar with security and fire safety alarm systems.
