Business Immigration Attorney

Our client is looking to add a talented business immigration attorney to their booming practice! This will support their Global Mobility Practice. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for a diverse business immigration practice, including petition preparation and case management. Work effectively with client representatives, associates and paralegals to deliver excellent service to large and small companies and organizations. Collaborate with senior attorneys to devise both short- and long-term immigration strategies for clients with complex, multi-employee immigration needs. Stay current on legislative developments, policy changes, and emerging trends in immigration law, contributing to client advisories and firm publications as appropriate. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in business immigration Experience managing all immigration matters for clients with multiple matters including but not limited to handling all aspects of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions — including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, PERM labor certifications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 I-140 filings — from initial intake through approval. Must also have experience responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and PERM audit notices.
