Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

Location: Remote Only
Job Description:As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, and communications. Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships with internal and external customers
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in Sales Force/ARO Manager
Read emails and purchase orders received to determine type of sale.
Apply POs to the T&E OPA BOT for PO application
Provide Confirmation # of PO application
Release POs from GHX Portal
Send frequent emails to customers for PO collections
Process surgery cases for replenishments & billing
Sort incoming emails from main team box to appropriate CSR (as needed). Schedule: M-F; 8 hrs/day (occasional Sundays; occasional/mandatory OT when fully trained).
PTO restricted & blacked out on the calendar for the last 3 days of the month
Equipment will be provided: Laptop, 2 monitors, wired keyboard, mouse & headset
