Addison Group is actively seeking a Collateral Specialist to support our client in the mortgage banking industry. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in shipping operations within mortgage or banking, who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-driven environment.

Location: Frisco, TX

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, Onsite

Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $25 - $26.44/ hour

Industry: Mortgage Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the intake and handling of physical loan documents
• Accurately scan, package, and prepare outbound shipments via FedEx
• Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipping activity
• Ensure compliance with internal and external shipping procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to confirm documentation accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of shipping or collateral experience within the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with warehouse lending operations or mortgage banking processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation
• Proficient in using scanning equipment and shipping systems (e.g., FedEx)
