Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care Location: Clio/Flint/Saginaw/Burton/Lapeer Setting: In-home, one-on-one care Job Summary: Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. Deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low‑stress, relationship‑based setting. Specialized Infant & Pediatric Care Location: Flint, MI Schedule: Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Patient: 6‑month‑old baby boy Complex Adult Care – 49‑Year‑Old Female (Paraplegic) Location: Lake Orion, MI Schedule: 24/7 Skilled Nursing Coverage (12‑Hour Shifts) Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Everyday) Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Everyday) Seeking a highly skilled RN or LPN to join a comprehensive multi‑disciplinary team for a 49‑year‑old female patient. Manage a complex clinical profile within a well‑equipped home. Work alongside a 12‑hour/day aide, PT/OT, and specialized therapists to provide recovery‑focused care. Additional Patient – 56‑Year‑Old Male (Quadriplegic) Location: Clio, MI Quadriplegic care including wound care and bowel program. Dedicated caregiver to assist with appointments.
