Job Title – Production Operator

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – Open end contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Range – $17.50 - $19.60 USD hourly on W2

Shift: 1 st Shift, 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM / 2 nd Shift, 03:30 PM – 12 midnight / 3 rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM

Short Description:

• This role focuses on hands-on assembly, testing, and component handling within the manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and manual skills.

Primary Focus:

• Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to comply with production schedules and quality standards
• Assemble server components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.
• Operate automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
• Log production data and report any defects or process deviations.
• Perform Hardware analysis or test replication to identify the root cause of defects.
• Perform material movements through integrated systems.
• Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or technical certification.
• Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience, with experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity; familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures ; basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface ; and ability to lift and handle server components safely.
