Home Care Registered NurseSalary: $90 - $130 an hourWe are looking for registered nurses to see our patients in person in NYC. We are a licensed home care agency servicing the NYC area.Home Care Registered Nurse Duties include:Assess patient at start of care to develop a plan of careInitiates Plan-of-Care and makes necessary changes as patient's needs evolveEvaluates patients in their homesInstructs and advises patients and/or families as well as the home health aides in their careReassess patients every six months to determine any condition change as well as supervise the home health aide to ensure proper careSupervise, instruct, onsite demonstrations of tasks and safety with paraprofessional direct care staff.Home Care Registered Nurse Requirements:Valid & current New York State Registered Nurse License and RegistrationCurrent Driver's LicenseCurrent Malpractice CoverageOrganized, Accountable and Patient orientedMust be able to work independently with good people, communications, oral and written skills.Minimum of 1-2 years clinical nursing experienceLicensed home care services (LHCSA) experience preferred
