Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers

LOCAL PAY THAT DELIVERS - Average $90,000 per year*

HOME DAILY. EVERY DAY. Local routes, home after every shift

START STRONG - Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus available*

Why Drive for MAST?

At MAST, local drivers get the best of both worlds - strong weekly pay and your bed to sleep in every night. With consistent routes, predictable shifts, and a team that takes driver support seriously, MAST is built for professionals who want to earn well without sacrificing home time. If you're looking for a local driving career that respects your time and pays you for it, MAST is ready when you are.

Local CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

Strong pay built for local work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
Home every day. This is a true local position - consistent routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with home time at the end of every shift.
Shifts built around local freight. Average 10-12 hour shifts with start times ranging from 4 PM to 2 AM.
Scheduling that works. Drivers receive one set weekend day off per week plus one floating weekday off during non-peak season.
Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*

Benefits & Perks

Get started strong. Earn $500 orientation completion pay right out of the gate, plus up to $7,500 in sign-on bonus paid out over your first year for drivers who maintain strong performance.*
Refer a driver, get rewarded. MAST's referral bonus pays $4,500 when you refer a qualified driver who joins the team.
Benefits that back you up. Full company benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and holiday pay to keep you and your family covered.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. xhqgsiq Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
