Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions, aligning with department objectives.
- Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, collaborating with colleagues across rehab disciplines.
- Provide OT interventions for adult populations, with focus areas including Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, and Cardiovascular care as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record; monitor outcomes and adjust goals as needed.
- Participate in patient and family education, safety and infection control practices, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, and Cardiovascular care settings preferred.
- EMR experience with Epic required or strongly preferred; Cerner experience considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting.
- Eligible to work in the United States; meeting standard licensure and professional practice requirements as applicable to the role.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, with a patient- and family-centered approach to care.
