Contract | 13 Weeks | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Days and Nights (7:00–19:00 / 19:00–7:00) | Every Other Weekend Required | On-Call Occasionally Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting with an average daily census of 9–10 patients
• Attend and assist at high-risk deliveries as required
• Float to satellite NICU locations as needed, with mileage reimbursement provided from home location; mid-shift floating may occasionally be required
• Work 2 out of 3 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, including Eves)
• Complete up to 10 hours of non-billable pre-start modules prior to orientation
• Maintain compliance with all facility and unit-specific requirements throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (or verified ETA for licensure posting required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU Level 3 or higher experience
• Experience attending high-risk deliveries
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of facility) are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR
• Prior experience at a children's hospital, Magnet-designated facility, or pediatric trauma center
• Willingness and ability to float to satellite NICU locations across multiple sites
