Our client, a pediatric therapy organization, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join its growing team.
This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism through both home and clinic-based services. With a strong focus on family-centered care, they work closely with parents to support each child's unique needs in a compassionate and supportive environment. They prioritize enabling BCBAs to focus on clinical care by providing strong administrative and operational support:
- Scheduling Support: A dedicated team ensures consistent client scheduling
- Quality & Reporting: Ongoing support with documentation, training, and quality control
- Billing: Full management of claims and reimbursement
- Administrative Support: Includes practicum students, floor managers, and front desk teams
- Behavior Technician Hiring & Training: Centralized recruiting, onboarding, and training
- Career Development for BTs: Structured pathways to ensure a well-trained, motivated team
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Bachelor's degree (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Passion for working with children and families in an ABA setting
