Requirements Physical Therapist, skilled SSN required Date of birth required 1 reference in entire work history Preferred Qualifications 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Compensation Pay: $2,133.00–$2,198.00 per 8‑hour shift. Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
