We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and hardworking Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants their income to reflect their effort, and is motivated by achieving goals.

Experience in roofing or sales is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs and discuss available solutions.
• Inspect residential roofs and identify potential roofing issues.
• Build relationships with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Present roofing solutions and explain the value of our products and services.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage sales opportunities.
• Generate new business through company-provided leads, referrals, and/or self-generated opportunities.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation through completion.
• Represent the company professionally in the community.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable climbing residential roofs and working outdoors.
• Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
• Must be willing to work afternoons and some weekends when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Previous roofing or sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate .

Compensation

This is a performance-based, commission-driven position designed to reward high achievers.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. The harder you work and the more successful you are, the more you can earn.

High performers will be rewarded. There is no desire to put a ceiling on what a motivated salesperson can accomplish.
