Bring the flavor and make every event unforgettable! As a Banquet Cook, you’ll prepare delicious food for weddings, banquets, and corporate events, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, cook, and present food for banquets and events according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet food stations and kitchens.
- Maintain proper portioning, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all hotel and health department safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen organization as needed.
Who You Are
- Experienced in cooking, preferably in banquet or large-scale food service.
- Knowledgeable about food safety, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
