What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, cook, and present food for banquets and events according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet food stations and kitchens.
• Maintain proper portioning, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and banquet staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all hotel and health department safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen organization as needed.

Who You Are

• Knowledgeable about food safety, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
