We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven laboratory business developer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth by actively promoting and selling LabTech products and services through resellers and distribution channels within the assigned territory.Identify and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize revenue potential.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning to expand market share.Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving new customer acquisitions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of sales plans and operational execution for LabTech products.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science is preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or technical consultation is preferred but not required (preferably in laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, or consumables).Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term business growth.Strong sales acumen with experience in quota setting, forecasting, and revenue management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proactive and energetic approach.Completion of sales training and relevant industry certifications is a plus.Valid driver licenseWhy Join LabTech?At LabTech, we offer a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment where ambitious professionals can thrive.
