Dustin’s Plumbing, Heating & A/C Repair

Dustin’s Plumbing, Heating & A/C Repair is growing and looking for motivated HVAC Installers to join our team.

We are seeking:
• Experienced Lead Installers
• Install Helpers / Seconds
• Hard-working individuals looking to grow in the HVAC trade

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Installer Responsibilities
• Install residential HVAC systems safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and job quality
• Lead installation jobs professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Helper / Second Responsibilities
• Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations
• Carry materials and prepare work areas
• Learn installation procedures and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support the crew throughout the installation process

All team members are expected to follow company safety standards, maintain professionalism, and contribute positively to the team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HVAC installation experience minimum 2 years.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in varying conditions
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• EPA Certification required
