Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.

Assignment Details

• Expected schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Coverage area includes Fort Bend and Harris Counties.
• Weekend requirement of 1 weekend per month.
