Job Description Complete set‑ups and breakdowns of banquet equipment; store and maintain all bars, carts, portable units, tables, chairs, stanchions, and the like. Assist bartenders with stock, breakdown of beer, liquor, and other supplies. Deliver related supplies as needed.
