Plant HRBP: Frontline Ops & Engagement

MiTek is seeking a dedicated site HR partner for our Hazelwood, Missouri stamping plant. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, compliance, timekeeping support and policy implementation to keep operations running smoothly. You will recruit frontline staff, guide performance, manage worker’s compensation and safety programs, and coordinate with center of excellence teams on HR initiatives.
