Amtech Encore Leader Project Lead / SME

Senior-Level | 8 10+ Years | Immediate Need

We are seeking an experienced Amtech Encore Leader / Project Lead / SME to own the overall Amtech Encore implementation and data migration initiative. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary Encore expert, lead cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Amtech Encore implementation and migration .
Define data migration, conversion, and import strategies .
Lead UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution .
Serve as the primary Amtech Encore SME and technical/functional advisor.
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and improve processes.
Drive user adoption, training, and change management .
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Provide guidance on data conversion, integrations, and system configuration .
Identify opportunities for business process improvement and ERP optimization .

Must-Have Skills

8 10+ years of Amtech Encore experience .
Proven experience leading ERP implementations and migrations .
Strong understanding of data conversion/import strategies .
Hands-on experience with UAT and implementation leadership .
Strong business process improvement experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams .
Ability to act as the primary Encore SME/subject matter expert .

Preferred

Experience with large-scale ERP transformations.
Change management and user adoption experience.
Integration and reporting experience.
Strong project leadership and delivery background.

Priority: Candidates with deep, hands-on Amtech Encore implementation experience will be strongly preferred.
