In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine rounds, assist tenants and guests with professionalism, and bring strong communication, teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed conditions according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support property operations by communicating security-related information to management and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
